How long do it take to complete the Energy Inspection?

An appointment will be made at a time that is convenient to you, usually within 24 hours from ordering the HIP. Each appointment time can vary depending on the complexity of your home, but generally it takes about 30 minutes.

How do I pay for the Home Information Pack?

We offer a number of payment options, including a 9 months interest free Deferred Payment Scheme. You can also pay by Debit or Credit card with no extra fees. Cash and cheques are also accepted.

How long does it take to produce a HIP?

Current turnaround times from date of order are 7-10 days. Please note that you can market your home for sale as soon as you have ordered and paid for your pack. A Confirmation Order will be sent to any Estate Agent of your choice.

Can I produce my own HIP?

Yes. We provide the most competitive Energy Performance Certificate prices, which you can include in your pack.
